Aparajith Ramnath is a historian who specializes in the fields of science, technology, and business. He has authored The Birth of an Indian Profession: Engineers, Industry, and the State, 1900-47 (Oxford University Press, 2017) and has also contributed to publications such as Scroll, Wire, The Hindu, and FiftyTwo.in. Aparajith holds a degree in electrical engineering from BITS Pilani and has studied the history of science and technology at Oxford University and Imperial College London. He has received recognition and awards for his work and has lived in various cities, including Chennai, London, Kozhikode, Pune, and Bengaluru - all of which were significant to the life of M.
