Growing up in Mumbai and working in a techno-commercial environment, Dipankar Khanna was urged by an inner voice to embrace a spiritual transformation. This led him to become a sadhaka at the Yoga Institute, then a monk in the Karma Kagyupt sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Through his exploration of Eastern mystical traditions, he became a certified Trainer in the UK by John Seymour Associates and started Tushitta Creative with his wife, offering an After School Enrichment program for children. In 2011, he was engaged by QAI Global Institute to incubate a Leadership and Behavioral (LaB) Process Practice. Along with his wife and daughters, he currently resides in Bangalore and works as a faculty and research scholar at the Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology.
