Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before manual payment acceptance. Once payment is accepted manually, the order cannot be cancelled.

Transit Damage: In the event of damage occurring during transit, the customer is solely responsible for any losses incurred.

Wrong Product Received: If you receive a wrong product, we will initiate a refund. However, the refund amount will be initiated after 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer.
