Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan is an accomplished Hindustani classical vocalist from the renowned Rampur Sahaswan Gharana, following the seniya tradition. With a career spanning over seventy-five years, he has performed since the tender age of eight. At twenty-one, he showcased his talent at a conference hosted by former president Rajendra Prasad at Rashtrapati Bhavan in 1952, alongside other eminent maestros. In 1969, he was declared 'Junior Tansen' by the Haridas Sangeet Sabha in Mangalore. His performances have graced music festivals around the world and he was even granted honorary citizenship of Baltimore City for his exceptional contributions to Indian classical music in 1986. He has also lent his voice to over seventy documentary films and portrayed the role of 'Baiju Bawra' in a German documentary titled Rain Maker. He also collaborated on a project of ancient Indian music, 'Jati Gayan', with Acharya
