The inside is made of durable stainless steel, which makes the pot easy to both use and clean. You can use this pot with lid both on the stove and in the oven, and bring it to the table and serve from it. The shiny, mirror-like inside reflects the ingredients and elevates the cooking experience. Stainless steel lids reflect heat down into the cookware, which brings the contents to the boil more quickly.
