Description
The lid has a glass window that allows you to monitor the contents of the pot during the cooking process.The entire pot, both the bottom and the sides, has one layer of heat-conducting aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. This evenly distributes heat so that the food is heated up from several directions and makes it easy to regulate.
